HOW IT STARTED...
Kerry Pauly, widely known to his friends and family as KP, has a passion for the food and restaurant industry that began before he had his adult teeth.
KP's exposure to the restaurant business started at an early age from his father Fred Pauly. The elder Pauly had owned and operated several well-recognized Houston food and beverage concepts in the 1980s and ‘90s: Blue Ribbon Meat Packing Company, and Club Metropol Club to name a few.
KP’s experience in the hospitality industry expanded in 2006, working under Benjy Levit, of benjy's and Local Foods. KP developed the skill set required to successfully run a multi-million dollar restaurant concept. After only two years, Levit promoted KP to Managing Partner as he became an invaluable part of the business.
